I graduated from Michigan State University; Barb and I and got married a long long long time ago!

My wife Barbara was a Registered Occupational Therapist before retiring. After a long time living a bit north of  Seattle, we have now lived in Tucson for 9 years  - and love it.....

Our daughter and son-in-law are more than awesome! They make you realize that the future is in good hands.

We have two beautiful, fun-loving and happy grandchildren.

I bought  a business in Seattle selling mterial handling equipment, and opened my branch operation in Alaska, transferring my service manager and his family to Anchorage to operate the new location.

I owned two other marketing companies I started from scratch.

Apparently I love a challenge, as I have run marathons, climbed mountains, and played a bunch of golf. Real estate is an obvious challenge in this current market, yet I continue to be consistently ranked in the top 2%.

I have not had a boss for over 25 years. Whatever successes I have enjoyed have been the result of learning how to make things happen.
